The Congress hotel restaurant is a delightful fusion of Ghanaian and American cuisine and is open from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.

The all day restaurant “Le Canal" serves fine international cuisine and local dishes. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides a daily changing buffet, the Restaurant also serves sumptuous Ghanaian, African and International specialties.

Our well trained and friendly ‘at your service’ staff are always on hand to indulge your taste buds. All our hotel guests enjoy our sumptuous buffet breakfast absolutely free from 6:00am - 10:00am daily.
